Press Release – Verona, June 2019 – «Management 4 Steel» is born: a project made of innovation, digital transformation and dissemination of the steel culture.
In the age of sharing, also the corporate education can benefit from the team work. This is even more true if the challenges change as fast as the digital innovation do. Therefore, four of the most important italian steel companies decided to overcome their individual identity and to start a common project, whose shared aim is to train employees on their hard and soft skills.
The agreement signed by Aso, Duferco, Feralpi and Pittini focuses on the importance of investing in young talents in order to foster the cultural improvement and the dissemination of the steel culture within the companies.
The educational project was developed together with Officina Pittini per la Formazione (Corporate School of Pittini Group) and ISFOR Formazione e Ricerca (AIB Department for the Corporate Training). It will be organized in modules concerning both soft skills and hard skills related to steel companies, will start in autumn and will last approximately one year.
